Why is there a spike/drop in my net worth?

You may have a spike or drop in your net worth if:

  • You recently transferred money between accounts
  • There was a reporting error for one or more of your accounts

To resolve these errors, please contact us with the name of the financial institution, account name and date(s) when you see the spike or drop.
